Elwood's Journalism class has been sponsoring student contests this semester to learn organizational and promotional skills. This month we sponsored a Thanksgiving coloring contest for Pre-K through 6th grade.
The quiz bowl season will kick off next week with meets on Monday, November 30th in Cambridge and Friday, December 4th in Elwood. Neither quiz bowl is allowing spectators.

There will be no school on Thursday Nov 26th or Friday Nov 27th due to Thanksgiving Break. School will dismiss at 2:21 on Wednesday Nov 25th.
The Elwood One-Act team put on a great performance of Shakespeare's Bachelorette at Minden High School today! FKC is next Tuesday, and Districts will be on Monday the 30th, both at the Tassel in Holdrege.
Hi-Line Bulls will not be participating in the Jamboree basketball games scheduled for Monday, November 30 in Arapahoe.
