The 3rd graders had so much fun learning about natural selection today. The “walkers”, “hoppers”, and “heel to toe” animals were all just trying to survive (by collecting food)! Unfortunately, survival of the fittest is a thing, and we didn’t all make it.

The Elwood Educators held their first in-service of the school year on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. The committee lists were handed out to the group, allowing time for each committee to meet at the end of the session. The primary purpose of this months in-service was for Professional Goal Setting to determine the subject area that Elwood Public Schools will be focusing on for the next 5 years.
Pre K will begin at 10 am today and be dismissed at 1:30. This will be the schedule for all 10 am starts.
