Our Foods class designed and built gingerbread creations for their final lab at the end of their Holiday Traditions Around the World unit. Lots of fun, learning, and imagination was found over the course of the last few days!

The last day of first semester is Friday, Dec 16. Elwood School will be on Christmas break from December 19th until Jan 2 for PK and 7-12. K-6 will be on break from Dec 19 until Jan 3rd. January 2nd will be a K-6 teacher training. No school for K-6 on January 2nd.
FCCLA is selling raffle tickets as a fundraiser to help fund their community service projects and costs of activites and competitions. Both quilts were generously donated to the program. Two names will be drawn January 13. First name drawn gets choice of quilts. $1/ticket or 6/$5
