The freshman English class participated in a Constitution Day activity Monday and Tuesday. They were given the situation of being stranded on an island. After reviewing the U.S Constitution, they worked in groups to write and present an Island Society Constitution with the goal of being rescued. They presented their ideas to the class and then voted on the best proposal. They had some creative ideas and did a great job!
There is one more opportunity for parents/guardians to learn about our new suicide prevention curriculum tomorrow, September 20th.
