Due to the incoming weather for tomorrow, we are going to move our parade of teachers/staff to FRIDAY, April 17th at 10:00am instead. Thanks!
It's another technology Tuesday, Mr. Kleine will be around the school from around 11-12 this morning if you have any iPad issues or questions.
Elwood Public School teachers and staff will be driving through Elwood--in a parade fashion-- on Thursday, April 16th, at 10:00am to say hi to our students from a distance! We would love it if you would stand in your yard to wave and shout hello! We have posted a map of our route in case out of town families would like to sit in their vehicles along that path. Please remember, no groups of 10 or more, and everyone should stay 6 feet apart! We are excited to see the kids while still keeping everyone safe!

All of us at Jostens wish you and your family good health and safety during these unprecedented times. As the world adjusts to change, one thing that remains constant is the yearbook tradition. We are honored to work closely with amazing schools like Elwood High School to ensure that the 2020 yearbook is completed, printed and delivered to students. The yearbook will capture the story of this unique school year.

We are aware of issues with Schoology the last couple of day, pages not loading or problems logging in at times. As you might imagine there is such a high level of usage right now these problems will crop up. If you continue to have problems logging on please contact Jim Kleine and he'll look into it. You may also want to contact the teachers directly for files and information related to their class. Thanks for your understanding.
Here is a copy of the guidance we received as it relates to our closure through April 30th.

All NSAA activity practices and competitions are suspended through May 1. These suspensions may be extended should the conditions warrant.
Member schools and student-participants are expected to adhere to the NSAA Constitution & Bylaws and activity manuals during this time.
The NSAA encourages all member schools to follow CDC, local, state and federal health department recommendations.
As more information becomes available, official updates will be posted on the NSAA website and the NSAA social media platforms.
