If any of our Elwood graduates are interested in welding, here is a great opportunity to receive some training this summer!

Ninth graders in Physical Science constructed three different devices using a golf ball and materials they could find in the science room that would demonstrate acceleration. The first device demonstrated change in speed. The second device demonstrated change in direction. The third device demonstrated both a change in speed and direction. They had a friendly competition amongst groups to see who could construct the most creative device.

It is School Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Bus drivers not only keep students safe but are also the friendly smile students start and end the day with. It takes all hands on deck to cover bus routes in our small school and our staff members wear many hats. Thank you, bus drivers!

These 7-11 students were recognized for growing 15+ points on their MAP tests! Keep up the great work!
