Our Foods 2 classes ended their semester creating menus and preparing and plating some of the foods on their menu. Each class also evaluated the nutrition and cost of the dishes they prepared, showing their concepts learned.

There will be semester tests for grades 7 through 12 this Thursday, December 18th and Friday, December 19th. Grades Kindergarten through 12th will dismiss at 2:00 pm on both days. Winter break will be from December 22nd through January 4th. School resumes on Monday, January 5th.
