Elwood FCCLA had a great showing at State FCCLA! Kara brought home a first place trophy for Promote and Publicize, Kass received a bronze in Career Investigation, and Aliyah placed first in Child Dev. and Family Senior Knowledge Bowl test!
The Elwood Elementary Quiz Bowl team competed at the Nebraska Prairie Museum in Holdredge, hosted by the ESU today. The students went 3 and 2, losing by tie breaker to end the day.

Our Foods class has been studying about Foodborne Illnesses and the pathogens that cause them! come check out their posters about crimes committed by certain pathogens! We also enjoyed an experiment watching how different conditions help these pathogens grow!
