Foods class had fun cooking eggs several ways to close our foodborne illness unit. Not only did they practice safe cooking practices with eggs, but they enjoyed trying eggs cooked in ways they had never tried before.

Hi-Line JH boys and girls battled the wind today and did very well! The girls placed 3rd and the boys won their 2nd meet in a row! Gage won the 800, 1600, and the long jump. Traevyn won the 200 hurdles. The boys 4x400 and the girls 4x800 also brought home the gold! Proud of all their efforts this year! Go Bulls!

These students took part in ESU 11's Invention Convention at the Prairie Museum in Holdredge on April 11th. This is a fun opportunity for all those who participated.
During the month of March to celebrate Read Across America Week, the K-6 Elementary students were presented with a few challenges. Mr. Jones so graciously agreed to help out by getting taped to a door, and each student who read at least 10 days or more throughout the month was able to add a piece of tape! Needless to say, we used a lot of tape! :) Thank you to Mr. Jones for helping and to all of the parents for encouraging your children to read at home! Great job, kiddos, and keep reading! :)

We had a solid today competing at the JH Track meet in Alma. Girls finished 5th as a team and the boys came away as Champions. Proud of the kids efforts today. We had champions in Pole Vault, Long Jump, Mile, 100 and 200 hurdles, 4x1 and 4x4.
