Biology students are using legos to build cellular respiration models. They are very excited. They are using their Biology knowledge and engineering skills in today"s lesson.
Big day of sports this Friday with the wrestlers leading things off at the Twin Loup Invite in Sargent. Wrestling gets underway at 1:00. The basketball teams of headed to Pleasanton later for games that start at 5:00. The girls (3 quarters) and boys( 4 quarters) JV will be playing at the same time so look for girls varsity to begin between 6:00 and 6:15. Let's Go Bulls!
Fa La La La Llama.... When the llama showed up for the Christmas Season, Superintendent, Mr. Hatch couldn't help but notice and was eager to help him out!
Mr. Hatch presented the Pre-K with three options for names and the Pre-K voted 4-6-0 to the options of Luey, Lamoyne and Lamar. Lamoyne won majority vote.
Therefore, the Pre-K would like to introduce you to Lamoyne Llama, the newest 'employee' of Elwood Public School. His job is to direct the Pre-K students to their classroom and to display holiday cheer.
