Two Rivers Health Department will be offering a flu shot clinic at school on September 21st beginning at 7:30 am. Forms to receive the flu shot will be coming out today or tomorrow. We will also post them on our website. Due date for forms is September 16th.

It has come to our attention that there have been attempts to obtain birth certificates of students for sports health insurance. This was at the club/youth level. This is not our protocol for obtaining this type of information. We also do not purchase health insurance for individuals participating in sports at any level. If you have been contacted about a birth certificate for purchase of health insurance, please contact the Gosper County Sheriff's Office @ (308) 785-2420.
