Reed Kraeger, head coach for the Hi-line Bulls wrestling team is helping his wrestlers prepare for the upcoming season

“What I love most about coaching is helping kids find their full potential, whether it be wrestling or find a positive attitude and he seemingly ever darkening society.” I like to push kids to be the best and reap the rewards once they have, said Kraeger. He is looking forward to a successful wrestling season. I’m excited to see the development of our wrestlers this season. There are high expectations for the squad and given the opportunity I feel as though they will rise to the occasion.” Kreager continued, “The list of challenges seems to be endless these days and it seems to change almost hourly. We have to do our best to keep a positive attitude and to get focused on our goals. Unfortunately most of the challenges are out of our hands no matter our decisions.”

The changes that will be made due to Covid-19 are an additional sub-district contest before the traditional district competition. Competition at state will switch to Wednesday and Thursday.

“These changes will affect the season because any illness we would have regularly faced during a winter sport is going to be amplified to say the least. Hopefully we will have a season,” said Kraeger.
